Brazilian-born chef, Emme Ribeiro Collins, grew up around expert and traditional cooks in her family's Brazilian kitchen. Emme’s mom, ran a catering company right out of their home in Salvador, Bahia - Brazil. Among many of the food and treats her mom made, brigadeiros were always Emme’s favorite! From a very young age, she was entrusted as the "brigadeiro-dipper" - where she hand dipped the fudgey balls into yummy chocolate sprinkles! 

Emme is a trained-chef and graduated as “Outstanding Culinarian” from the prominent Seattle Culinary Academy. She is an award-winning culinary professional with over ten years of restaurant experience. Emme has appeared on Food Network, King 5’s New Day Northwest, FOX Channel, Q13 Fox News and has been featured on Chow, Examiner, Seattle Magazine and Seattle Weekly.
